We currently offer shipping exclusively to customers within Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to addresses outside Australia now.

Processing begins once your order is placed. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Larger purchases and freight shipments may require additional processing time. Once processed, your order will be shipped.

Changing Your Address 

Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify your delivery details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@alpha4wd.com.au. We usually process and dispatch orders within one business day.

Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, we can accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package and inform our customer service.

30 Days Returns

Pre-Order Cancellations

Please note that all pre-order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs and the allocation of stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this cancellation policy. 

This does not apply to pre-ordered items that have not arrived within 2 weeks after provided ETA

Procedure for returns

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much will customers pay for return shipping? 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for remorse. And it's our responsibility if you get the wrong or damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
